Bishop/Elder "Overseer" are accountable to the "CHURCH" & foremost God thus Must be above reproach!

An Overseer(s) installed by the Founder shall remain as long as they believe it is the will of God and shall not be removed*. The asterisk "star" and the reference and the annotation omitted matter.

*As an Overseer, Bishop, or Elder you are subject to;
1) The pastor’s authority as not something to be “lorded over” the church; rather, a pastor is to be an example of truth, love, and godliness for God’s flock to follow (1Tim 3:1-7, 4:12; Titus 1:7); and
2) the Ministerial body can be reprimanded, dismissed and/or removed from his position of authority if it has been shown to be;
a) Any transgression, or constitutionally justifiable or;
b) If having a medicinal foundation;
c) to then be reviewed by the administrative body and sanction by the administrator.
