Strong communities make room for different backgrounds, perspectives, and abilities. Tolerance and fair play mean treating people with dignity, listening across differences, and giving everyone a fair opportunity to participate.
BTB Coalition’s Tolerance and Fair Play initiative encourages respect, teamwork, and accountability in our neighborhoods, schools, recreation, and everyday interactions. It challenges bullying, exclusion, and discrimination while promoting peaceful ways to resolve disagreements.
Every person deserves respect. Everyone has a part in making fairness real.

Literacy Development

Open DoorsLiteracy shapes how we learn, work, and advocate for ourselves. Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills help people navigate everyday life and pursue new opportunities.
BTB Coalition’s Literacy Development initiative focuses on strengthening those skills and encouraging a lifelong love of learning. Through community support, access to books and learning materials, and connections to educational resources, we can help learners move forward with confidence.
