Aspire Power in Unifiyng & Solidarity.
In my adversity and struggles in hopes to "Change the Wind" decided to blog for someone in hopes that you may find your strength to change the direction of the wind too. Diversity Is Being Invited to the Party; Inclusion Is Being part of the Dance!
Realizing the table you where invited to or not has been moved even when it involves you and a community for which you actually live in and represent. I decided to no longer remain silent or be told by any candidates, elected officials, and agency or political party incorporation that we should suffer oppression, and environmental racism, massa colonization and white privilege, silently.
The pandering of we are working in solidarity and collaboration with other civic and environmental groups that surround Brandywine like a horse shoe of oppression of the black leaders intentionally being targeted. This is not about solidarity but NIMBY's, and my food chain I need to eat off your plate.
Respect. Don’t use our images and our stories, by posting erroneous photos of those that DO NOT REPRESENT A COMMUNITY OF COLOR disenfranchise us when you DO NOT WORK in collaboration with us and in consideration of us, our issues and our concerns, then in addition lie about a lawsuit to the community to extract funds for your self serving cause for your own campaigns, for your own purposes - without collaboration. Our wealth of experience, talents, and passion needs to be honored and acknowledged through reciprocal exchange. True inclusion of those most affected keep these decisions accountable.
Community solidarity is not an act of charity having a self-serving agenda of self-importance, but mutual aid between forces fighting for the same objective. TEAMS walk Together along one line so that Everyone Achieves More Solidarity.

What I have noticed is that trying to be nice often stands in the way of creating real inclusion. It prevents action or creates a situation where the black community is ignored and/or sadly neglected, rather than being engaged by unifying in solidarity.
This blog category and its writings will be under construction as a work in progress and will continue change along the way. Over the next few months I will publish these experiences in hopes of achieving power in unifying and solidarity.
