Pimpologer is the Professional who makes it there business to pimp the disparity hosting communities of color be it black or white.
Want to Help Communities of Color? Just Give Them Money they deserve to Inpower there community for which they live and host these pollutant disparities. The uncomfortable truth is that you are not allies. Stop the oppression that these social networks bring in as parachuting, exploiting NGO's, Academicians, and Lawyers that surround us like the spinner in the wash machine; while communities remain in intentional and purposeless agitation mode as the hosts. Funders funding these NGO's proudly boast, “We give money directly to the communities of color — no strings attached.” No strings because there agenda is not attached to the communities agenda. And, while we are at it we need to redefine the communities agenda for our purposing that funds our agenda.
Most of The Black Churches Pimp The Black Neighborhoods. When there where actual community churches that where made up of that community. Now, we have mega churches that pimp the community for which there church is physical located but there members are not part of that Community.
They no longer do Christ like things like actually help in the community. In addition they suck funds for NGO's that takes monies and help from these communities that they purport to represent.
Likewise, they ultimately latch on to the most visible “leaders” of a community because it is quicker and easier to meet the director of an organization, minister of a church, the lobbyist or politician representing a district than to build real relationships with the people those leaders purport to represent. This approach to dismantling racism structurally reinforces the hierarchical power that we’re fighting against by asking a small group to represent the views of an entire category of people with radically different lived experiences.
Give directly using data and technology to set new standards as funders, you need to support nonprofits that are community-based.
